How we handle reviews

We ask every buyer the same way, about a week after they buy. Not only the happy ones.
We don't pay for reviews or offer anything in return.
Every genuine review shows, including bad ones. We only remove personal details, offensive language or spam.
Each review shows its date, where it came from (our store or Etsy) and whether the reviewer bought the sheet.
If we reply, the reply shows under the review.
We show an average only once a sheet has three or more reviews.
